Hazel Salzer

Mrs. Hazel G. Salzer, 76 of 1900 Andrew Ave. LaPorte, Indiana died Sunday, December 26, 2004 at LaPorte hospital at 7:29 AM. Mrs. Salzer was born April 2, 1928 in LaPorte, IN to Harley and Laura Reed Tibbs who has proceeded. Mrs. Salzer has lived all her life in the LaPorte area. Mrs. Salzer was a Homemaker/Housewife; she was a member of the First Christian Church and was a member for over 14 years. Preceded in death are three brothers and four sisters. Surviving is four sons, Bob Helen Tibbs of Rolling Prairie IN, Ron Debbe Salzer of LaPorte, IN, Ted Salzer of LaPorte, IN, Bill Salzer of LaPorte, IN. Four daughter?s, Connie Danny Salzer of LaPorte, IN, Rita Adam Lofgren of LaPorte, IN, Patricia Jeff Chance of LaPorte, IN, Michele Tim Nice of LaPorte, IN, a brother, Sam Tibbs of LaPorte, IN, and two sisters, Norma Jean Wiltfong of LaPorte, IN, Joann Brown of LaPorte, IN. Mrs. Salzer has 27 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Wednesday December 29, 2004 at 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church, with Pastor Rick Abbott officiating. There will be no visitation.
