Gloria Neff

Gloria D Neff March 19, 1934-February 28, 2018 Mrs. Gloria D Neff, 83, of Rolling Prairie, Indiana, passed away Wednesday February 28, 2018 at her home. She was born March 19, 1934 in Elkhart, Indiana, the daughter of Howard Parcell and Edna (Pletcher) Parcell. Gloria retired in 1995 as the director of Food Service at the New Prairie School Corp. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Rolling Prairie. She was a 1952 graduate of Wakarusa High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, gardening, and yard work. On June 12, 1953, in Elkhart, she married Gene Neff who survives. She is also survived by her three sons, Tim Neff of La Porte, IN, James (Kathy) Neff of La Porte, IN, Ted (Cheryl) Neff of Granger, IN; daughter, Gena Oake of Buchanan, MI; fourteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two brothers, Donald (Nancy) Parcell of Wakarusa, IN, Thomas (Marcia) Parcell of Wakarusa, IN; Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, 2 grandchildren, Brock Neff and Jenna Neff. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN where the family will receive friends Saturday, March 3, 2018, 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm and Sunday, March 4, 2018, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm. A life celebration will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Sunday March 4, 2018 at 2:00 pm with Rev. James Fisher officiating.
