Gloria Kegebein

Gloria E. Kegebein January 18, 1927-November 8, 2016 Mrs. Gloria E. Kegebein, 89, of Union Mills, Indiana, passed away with her loving family surrounding her on Tuesday November 8, 2016 at in Union Mills, IN. She was born January 18, 1927 in Wyandotte, Michigan, the daughter of Clifford Grimm and Lillian (Shively) Grimm. Gloria is a member of the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church of Knox, IN and American Legion Aux. of Kingsford Heights. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. On May 4, 1947, in Tracy, IN, she married David L. Kegebein who preceded in death January 23, 1983. She is survived by her daughter, Mary E. (Robert) King; son, Paul M. (Leslie) Kegebein; two sisters, Jeannie Haworth, Janice Anfenson; five grandchildren, Trisha (Michael) Harper, Brad (Kareen) Kegebein, David P. Russell, Dana E. King, Tracy L. (Jason) Patrick; two step grandchildren Cole Renne, Shea Renne; four great grandchildren, Ethan, Colin, Branson, Carly; two step great grandchildren Kaden and Keira, and caregiver, Denean Calderone. Also Gloria's beloved dog Toby. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN where the family will receive friends Friday, November 11, 2016, from 1:30 pm, until time of service. A life celebration will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Friday November 11, 2016 at 2:30 pm with Rev. Joel S. Zipay officiating. Interment will follow at the Tracy Cemetery, Hamlet, Indiana.
