Fred Mccoy

Mr. Fred R. McCoy, age 62, of Walkerton, Ind., died 6:20 PM Thursday, January 4, 2007, at His Residence in Walkerton Fish Lake, Ind. He was born April 17, 1944 in Fish Trap, Kentucky to the late Samuel McCoy and Lora McCoy. Mr. McCoy was employed by Central Transport and was a member of Assembly of God Church. He loved to fish, hunt deer and play the banjo. On January 22, 1966 in Rolling Prairie, Indiana he married Judy Jacobsen who survives. He is also survived by his Two Sons, Mr. Timothy R. McCoy of Walkerton, Ind., Mr. Brian Mandy McCoy of La Porte, Ind.; Mother Mrs. Lora McCoy of Walkerton, Ind.; One Sister, Mrs. Billie Marie Ash of La Porte, Ind.; Six Brothers, Mr. Michael McCoy of La Porte, Ind., Mr. George McCoy of La Porte, Ind., Mr. Randel McCoy of Mount Pleasant, S.C., Mr. Danny McCoy of Beaver Dam, Wis., Mr. Sonny McCoy of Walkerton, Ind., Mr. Jerry McCoy of Mill Creek, Ind.; and One grandchild, Jesse Aaron McCoy of Morgantown, WV. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM Monday, January 8, 2007. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 4:00 PM Monday, January 8, 2007, Pastor Jack M. Cox officiating.
