Frank L. Moore September 12, 1941-October 21, 2017 Mr. Frank L. Moore, 76, of Hamlet, Indiana, passed away Saturday October 21, 2017 at Golden Living Center-Countryside in LaPorte, IN. He was born September 12, 1941 in Lawrenceville, Indiana, the son of Harvey L. Moore and Marie (Orwig) Moore. Frank is a retired Independent truck driver. He enjoyed NASCAR and was an avid Cubs Fan. He enjoyed working out doors and spending time with his family and friends. On April 24, 1961, in Winn, Arkansas, he married Joan E. Gray Moore who preceded him in death November 28, 2002. He is survived by his two daughters, Vickie (Luke) Rehlander of La Porte, IN, Susan (Scott) Childress of La Porte, IN; two sons, Ron (Tammy Merryfield) Moore of La Porte, IN, Don Moore of La Porte, IN; six Grandchildren, Christina Williamson, Sarah Childress, Matt Moore, Brittne Moore, Adam Rehlander, Zachary Rehlander; and 4 great grandchildren. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, wife and 2 sisters, Laura Lawrence, and Terri Rudd. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN where the family will receive friends Wednesday, October 25, 2017, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. A life celebration will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Wednesday October 25, 2017 at 7:00 pm with Pastor William Barnes officiating. Interment of ashes will be held at a later date in Pine Lake Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family of Frank Moore.
