Frances Magrames

Frances C. Magrames June 21, 1936-September 18, 2018 Frances C. Magrames, 82, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Tuesday September 18, 2018 at her home. She was born June 21, 1936 in Gary, Indiana, the daughter of the late Christ Magrames and Helen (Eliopoulos) Magrames. Frances was a member of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, the Ladies Grecian Club and played for many years on the La Porte Bowling League. She is survived by her neice, Joan Pamphilis of Merrillville, nephew, Chris (Teresa) Pamphilis of Schererville; two great nieces, Andea Pamphilis, Christina (Kenneth) Giotte; great great niece, Anastasia Giotte; cousin, Theodora Callas; two step-nephews, Danny Kinder and Aaron (Emily) Kinder; The family will receive friends on Monday, September 24, 2018 beginning at 10:00 am until 1:00 pm at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, 7396 W. Johnson Road, Michigan City, IN. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm with Rev. Lev Wawrzyniak officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Lake Cemetery, La Porte.
