Floyd A. Carnes Jr. March 5, 1948-July 22, 2016 Floyd A. Carnes Jr. age 68, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2016 in Indianapolis, IN. He is survived by his daughters, Jennifer (Russell) Wareham and Rita Carnes; mother, Burdetta Carnes; grandchildren, Chloe, Jack and Jude Wareham; sisters, Karla (Dan) Foster and Lynda Awald and 1 niece and 2 nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Floyd A. Carnes Sr. Floyd was a lifelong resident of La Porte, IN. He proudly served our country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Floyd was a huge Slicer fan and supported all of the athletics for the La Porte Schools. Floyd was a loving father and grandfather and will truly be missed by all whose lives he touched.
