Ethel Mcsurley

Mrs. Ethel M. McSurley, 59, of 8155 Oak Ave., Walkerton Koontz Lake Indiana passed away Monday July 19, 2004 at her residence. She had lived in LaPorte County most of her life. Born June 5, 1945 in LaPorte County, Indiana to Daniel and Erma Wolff Lindsley. She worked for Hiler Industries and had retired. Ethel also was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church. Surviving are one daughter; Dawn John Marshall of Walkerton Koontz Lake Indiana, one son; Daniel McSurley Christina Barrett of Valparaiso, Indiana, five brothers; Jon and Lester Lindsley both of LaPorte, Indiana, Richard and Charles Lindsley both of South Bend, Indiana and Kenny Lindsley of New Buffalo, Michigan, two sisters; Vada Davis of South Bend, Indiana and Katie Davis of North Liberty, Indiana, six grandchildren; Christopher, Cody, Corbin, Alicia Marshall, Devon and Adrianna McSurley. Preceding her in death were her parents. A funeral will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday July 22, 2004 at the Haverstock Funeral Home with Rev. Ronald Devenport officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday July 20, 2004 from 4-8 p.m. and Wednesday July 21, 2004 from 2-8 p.m. and Thursday July 22, 2004 from 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
