Ethel Irvin

Mrs. Ethel L. Irvin, 65, of 8712 South 300 East, Hamlet, Indiana passed away Wednesday June 30, 2004 at her residence. She had lived in the LaPorte area for 32 years coming from Bucyrus, Ohio. Born January 11, 1939 in Bucyrus, Ohio to Arlie and Beatrice Spade Muchow, who preceded. On March 10, 1967 in New Rochester, Ohio she married Harold Irvin, who survives. She was a member of Tracy United Methodist Church, Church volunteer, Homemaker?s Club, Indiana State Teacher?s Association. Also she enjoyed reading, gardening, planting flowers, and jigsaw puzzles. Surviving with her husband are three sons; Jeff Peggy Irvin of LaPorte, Indiana, Steven Irvin of Bryon, Ohio, Douglas Irvin of Lubbock, Texas, three daughters; Debra Oglesbee of Wauseon, Ohio, Linda Franco of Lubbock, Texas, Tricia Irvin of Bristol, Indiana, one brother; Edward Debbie Muchow of Bucyrus, Ohio, one sister; Janice Ron Nerowski of Harpster, Ohio. Also surviving are sixteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday July 6, 2004 at the Tracy United Methodist Church with Rev. Dorothy Jones officiating. Friends may call Monday from 2-4 p.m. at the Haverstock Funeral Home. Burial of ashes will be at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Tracy United Methodist Church at 1702 E.
