Ednor Lancaster

Mr. Ednor Lancaster, age 58, of 8502 S. CR 200 E., Hamlet, Ind., died Monday, September 5, 2005, at His Residence in Hamlet, Ind. He was born November 27, 1946 in Evensville, In. to Ednor Lancaster and the late Louise Schoof Lancaster, and has lived in the LaPorte area most all of his life. Mr. Lancaster was employed by Silgan Containers of LaPorte for 28 years. He was a of Veteran of US Army during Vietnam, Member of V.F.W. Post #1130 of LaPorte, American Legion Post of Kingsford Heights, IN, 4-H Leader for Union Twp. for 6 years. On April 18, 1981 in Kingsbury, IN. he married Virginia "Gina" Netzer/Capron who survivies. He is also survived by Two Sons, Mr. Jremey Laurie Capron of Wheatfield, Ind., Mr. John Lancaster of Hamlet, Ind.; One Sister, Mrs. Bernice Ordway Richie of La Porte, Ind.; Two Brothers, Mr. Richard Lancaster of Wakarusa, Ind., Mr. Marshal Lancaster of Hamlet, Ind.; Two Grandchildren, Vanessa Goboian and Jordan Goboian. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, September 8, 2005. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home at 10:00 AM Friday, September 9, 2005 , Rev. Margaret J. Hunt officiating. Interment will be at Kingsbury Cemetery in Kingsbury, Ind.
