Diane Lorence

Mrs. Diane M. Pellerin Lorence, 74, of La Porte, Indiana, died Thursday November 19, 2009 at La Porte Hospital. She was born September 22, 1935 in Nineveh, New York, the daughter of Norman Pellerin and Cora Engle Pellerin. She has lived in the La Porte area for 35 years coming from South Bend, IN. Diane worked as a recorder for Roll Coater for over 20 years and retired in 1998. On July 17, 1965, in Eveleth, Ohio, she married Zygmunt "Red" F. Lorence who preceded her in death November 7, 2007. She is survived by her four daughters Carol Charles Biviano of Endwell, NY, Terri Edward Reinke of La Porte, IN, Denise Kevin Klee of Nineveh, NY, Denine Lewis of Nineveh, NY; six sons Ronald Lori Button of Newark, NY, Steven Christy Button of Odessa, TX, Brian Button of Nineveh, NY, Donald Michelle Button of Nineveh, NY, Timothy Katina Lorence of LaPorte, IN, William Lorence of La Porte, IN; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; one brother Norman Pellerin of Rockhills, NC and a very close friend Elouise Davidson of LaPorte, IN. Diane was preceded in death by her husband, mother Cora Pellerin Seacord and sister, Elaine Brunell. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind. where the family will receive friends Monday, November 23, 2009 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm & Tuesday, November 24, 2009 12:00 noon until time of the service. Services will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Tuesday November 24, 2009 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Evn Lash officiating. Interment will follow at the Kingsbury Cemetery, Kingsbury, Indiana.
