Dean Bryant

Mr. Dean R. Bryant, 37, of 177 N. CR 500 W., LaPorte, IN., died Friday, July 2, 2004, at 3:20 p.m. at the LaPorte Hospital. He was born February 6, 1967, in Michigan City, to Tommy and Shirley Schalton Bryant, and has lived in the LaPorte County area all of his life. Mr. Bryant was a Cath Lab Technician at the LaPorte Hospital for the last 7 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in Desert Storm, he was also active in the Big Brother and Big Sister program in LaPorte. Surviving are his parents Tommy and Shirley Schalton Bryant; one sister, Dana Tony Walz of Granger, IN.; two grandmothers, Jane Bryant of The Pines, IN., Jean Schalton of Trail Creek, IN.; and two nieces. Preceded in death are two grandfathers, Don Bryant and Joseph Schalton. The memorial service will be Wednesday July, 7, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. at Haverstock Funeral Home, LaPorte, with Rev. Steve Laue officiating. Friends may call Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Wed from 4:00 p.m. until the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the LaPorte Hospital Foundation ?
