Danny Sharp, 62, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Thursday April 15, 2021 at his home in Kingsford Heights, IN.

He was born May 4, 1958 in Hammond, Indiana, the son of Thomas Sharp and Mary (Maynard) Sharp.

Danny was a private person and loved staying at home. He held a vast collection of die-cast model cars, Matchbox cars, old collectable coins, and a knife collection which was presented to him by his father. He enjoyed watching TV when not working.

He is survived by his father Thomas, sister, Reba Sharp of Portage, IN; niece, Jennifer Hacker of Portage, IN and her two children Kaleb and Jacob Hacker;

Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN. The family has selected cremation.
