Cynthia "Jill" Wilson, 68, of North Liberty, Indiana, passed away Thursday February 24, 2011 at Hospice House in South Bend, IN. She was born April 21, 1942 in Merriville, Indiana, the daughter of Floyd Worley and Lillian Anderson Worley. Living in the North Liberty, IN area, since 1982 coming from Niles, Michigan. Cynthia had worked as a dietary aid for Hamilton Grove Communities. She was a member of Sauktown Church of Christ also a former member of Jaycee Auxiliary, Ladies Auxiliary of Methodist Church in Niles, Michigan and the Wills Township Extension Homemakers Club. Cynthia loved reading; she enjoyed sewing, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. On April 20, 1992, in LaPorte, IN at the Sauktown Church of Christ, she married Joe Wilson who survives. She is also survived by her two daughters - Christine DePoy of South Bend, IN, Barbara John Evans of Michigan City, IN; two daughters by marriage, Tamara Bettinger of Chandler, AZ, and Karen Joe Treesh of Mill Creek, IN; eight Grandchildren - Jack DePoy, Tiffany Bush, Kayla Bush, Leilani Bush, Kristi Iverson, Korey Cornllies, Taylor Treesh, Zachary Spicer; one great-grandchild, Justin Lofgren. Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, one great-grandson, Levi Lofgren and 1st husband, James L. DePoy. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind. where the family will receive friends Sunday, February 27, 2011 from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm cst & Monday, February 28, 2011from 12:30 pm cst, until time of service. Services will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Monday February 28, 2011 at 1:30 PM cst with Rev. Howard Simmons officiating. Interment will follow at the Oak Grove Cemetery, Mill Creek, Indiana.
