Cheryle Young

Cheryle A. Young October 20, 1948-March 24, 2016 Cheryle Ann Young, age 67, peacefully passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2016 with her loving husband by her side. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Roy S. Young; sons, Jeffery (Nicole) Young of Wildomar, CA, and Jason (Lisa) Young of Marengo, IL; granddaughters, Brena Young and Jenna Young, both of Marengo, IL; and brother, Bruce Klonowski of Middlebury, IN. Cheryle was born on October 20, 1948 in LaPorte, IN to Isadore and Clara Klonowski who preceded her in death. She retired in June 2015 as a unit secretary from the Riverside Hospital in Kankakee, IL. Cheryle was a loving daughter, wife, mother and grandmother and will truly be missed by all whose lives she touched. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 12:00 PM at Haverstock Funeral Home, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN with Rev. Dan Horton officiating. Interment to follow at Pine Lake Cemetery, LaPorte, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Saturday morning from 10:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home.
