Charlotte Morrison

Mrs. Charlotte R. Morrison, age 82, of Kingsford Heights, Ind., died Monday, May 12, 2008, at LaPorte Hospital in La Porte, Ind. She was born December 19, 1925 in La Porte, Ind. to the late Arthur Wise and the late Ruth Ingram Wise. She has been a lifelong resident of the Kingsford Heights area. Mrs. Morrison was employed by American Rubber Co. as a press operator for 30 years. She was a Loving Mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother. On Sept, 18, 1943 in LaPorte, Ind. she married Harry E. Morrison Sr. who preceded in death on October 31, 1988. She is survived by her Four Daughters, Mrs. Sharon Richard Zarr of St. George, Utah, Mrs. Katherine Greg Crail of La Porte, Ind., Ms. Gloria Greg Gladden of Lexington, Ind., Mrs. Cynthia Tom Stockwell of Kingsford Heights, Ind.; One Son, Mr. Harry Morrison, Jr. of Hamlet, Ind.; Fifteen grandchildren and Nineteen great-grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00PM Thursday, May 15, 2008 and from 9:00 AM Friday until time of the service. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 11:00 AM Friday, May 16, 2008, Pastor Sue Aikman officiating. Interment will be at Oak Grove Cemetery in Mill Creek, Ind.
