Charles Gauck

Mr. Charles J. Gauck , 70, of La Porte, Indiana, died Saturday April 18, 2009 at La Porte Hospital in La Porte, IN. He was born March 4, 1939 in Hicksville, New York, the son of Charles G. Gauck and Christine M. Seibel Gauck, living in the LaPorte area, since 1964, coming from Hempstead, NY. Charles worked as a maintenance mechanic for New York Blower. He was a Veteran of US Air Force. He is survived by his four daughters; one son, seven grandchildren and one sister. Charles was preceded in death by his parents. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind. A private family burial of ashes, will take place at a later date.
