Carl Pace Jr.

Mr. Carl L. Pace, Jr. age 70, of La Porte, Ind., died Monday, December 15, 2008, at LaPorte Hospital in La Porte, Ind. He was born on November 1, 1938 in LaPorte, Indiana to the late Carl L. Pace, Sr. and the late Mary Pointon Pace. He lived in the LaPorte, Ind. area, all of his life. He was a member of Seventh-Day Adventist Church of LaPorte, Ind. On May 19, 1972 in LaPorte, Ind. he married Grace Wilson, who survives He is survived by his wife Mrs. Grace Wilson Pace of LaPorte, Ind. Four Daughters, Mary Bell of Kokomo, Ind. Mary McGinnis of Bushnell, Fla., Angela Donnie Hill of Edwardsburg, Mich., Lisa Wagner of Elkhart, Ind.; Three Sons, Johnnie Pace of New Castle, Ind., Jerry Tana Sparks of Elroy, Wis., Richard April Sparks of Elkhart, Ind. Twenty Eight grandchildren, Three great-grandchildren Three Sisters, Theresa Archer of Michigan City, Ind., Gail Euler of La Porte, Ind., Joy Vega of Michigan City, Ind.; One Brother, Dale Pace of Michigan City, Ind. He is preceded in death by his parents; One Brother, Edgar Pace; Two Sisters, Rita Burrows and Ida Wells; Three Grandchildren, Patricia Sparks, Cierra Huynh and Richard Sparks, Jr. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, December 19, 2008 and from 9:00 AM Saturday, December 20, 2008, until time of service.. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 10:30 AM Saturday, December 20, 2008 , with Rev. Dorothy Jones, officiating. Burial will be at Salem Cemetery in LaPorte, Ind.
