Brooke Hine

Brooke Lyn Hine, age 14, of La Porte, Ind., formerly of Hamlet, Ind. died Thursday, December 18, 2008, in La Porte, as the result of an auto accident. She was born on December 17, 1994 in LaPorte, Ind. to Donald Tharp and Brandy Hine. Brooke was involved in cheerleading and enjoyed being with her friends; she was a Eighth Grade Student at Kesling Middle School in LaPorte, Ind. She is survived by her; Mother, Brandy Hine of Knox, Ind.; Father, Donald Tharp of LaPorte, Ind.; Three Sisters, Jesse Hine of La Porte, Ind., Sarah Hine of Akron, Ind., Josie Fletcher of Knox, Ind.; One Brother Kalob of Mich.; Grandmother-Beth Fletcher of Knox, Ind.; Grandfather-Richard Mary Hine, Sr. of Union Mills, Ind., Grandparents-Don and Pat Tharp of La Porte, Ind. She is preceded in death by her Grandfather-Jim Fletcher. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 23, 2008. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 23, 2008, Pastor Jack M. Cox officiating. Burial will be at Pine Lake Cemetery in LaPorte, Ind.
