Brian E. VanSchoyck November 28, 1954-November 8, 2015 Brian E. VanSchoyck, 60, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Sunday November 8, 2015 at Indiana University Health La Porte Hospital. He was born November 28, 1954 in La Porte, Indiana, the son of Ralph Eugene VanSchoyck and Orma (Moyer) VanSchoyck. Brian VanSchoyck filled his years by singing and dancing to his colorful family, leaving smiles that will never leave and memories that will never fade. Always accompanied by his faithful companion who passed with him, his dog Zeus. He married Barbara (Davis) VanSchoyck who preceded him in death in 2009. He is survived by his four daughters, Charity (Ralphael) Hudson of La Porte, IN, Yolanda VanSchoyck of La Porte, IN, Jonny VanSchoyck of La Porte, IN, Joni Lawrence of La Porte, IN; two sons, Brian Lee Van Schoyck, Jr. of La Porte, IN, Jhozaeha VanSchoyck of La Porte, IN; eleven grandchildren; sister, Cindy VanSchoyck of La Porte, IN; two brothers, Gene (Pam) VanSchoyck of South Bend, IN, Frank (Mary) VanSchoyck of La Porte, IN; companion, Evelyn "Sally" Lucas of La Porte, IN; Brian was preceded in death by his parents, and one daughter, Sis VanSchoyck. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN. Cremation will take place. A Private Family Service will take place at a later date.
