Beulah Mae Campbell August 3, 1925-October 11, 2015 Mrs. Beulah Mae Campbell, 90, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Sunday October 11, 2015 at Brentwood Assisted Living in LaPorte. She was born August 3, 1925 in Mill Creek, Indiana, the daughter of George Delbert Stombaugh and Ida Mae (Worthington) Stombaugh. Beulah worked in the office at Allis Chalmers Corp. and New York Blower. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Farm Bureau and People to People. She loved to go out and eat and shop. She is survived by her sister, Shirley (Pete) Costello of Union Mills, IN; two brothers, Ralph (Marilyn) Stombaugh of SC, Richard (Joan) Stombaugh of Valparaiso, IN; 3 step grandchildren; several step great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. Beulah was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Michael Horvath, her second husband William Campbell, step son, Bruce Campbell, 1 step grandson, 3 brothers, John A. E. Stombaugh, George Dean Stombaugh, Glen A. Stombaugh, and a sister, Marie Clingenpeel. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN where the family will receive friends from 4:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday and from 9:00 am Friday until time of the service. A life celebration will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, Oct 16, 2015 at Haverstock Funeral Home with Rev. Ronald Devenport officiating. Interment will follow at the Patton Cemetery, LaPorte, Indiana.
