Ms. Betty L. Crockett Crockett, age 85, of La Porte, Ind., died Tuesday, February 6, 2007, at Fountainview Terrace Place in La Porte, Ind. She was born September 6, 1921 in Chicago, IL, to Rhea Crockett and Florence Bishop Crockett, who has preceded. Surviving is several cousins Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday, February 12, 2007. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 2:00 PM Monday, February 12, 2007 , with Rev. Douglas Hadley officiating. Interment will be at Walton Cemetery in Walton, Ind, Tuesday February 13, 2007 at 10:00 AM est. Memorial Contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, or the Council of Aging.
