Betty Marie Ball July 23, 1926-April 23, 2018 Betty Marie Ball, 91, of La Porte, Indiana , passed away Monday, April 23, 2018 at Brentwood Assisted Living in LaPorte, Indiana. She was born July 23, 1926 in La Porte, Indiana, the daughter of Claude Woolley and Florence (Rabbitt) Woolley. Betty enjoyed gardening and flowers. She also enjoyed collecting bells, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her daughter and granddaughter. On October 31, 1946, in Baltimore, Maryland, she married Thomas L. Ball who preceded in death April 26, 1979. She is survived by her daughter, Sherre L. (Dan) Autrey of La Porte, IN; granddaughter, Angie (Jay) Hines of Brownsburg, IN; brother, Jerry L. Woolley of IL; neices, Karen and Susan of Illinois. Betty was preceded in death by both her parents. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, Indiana. A graveside service will be held at Patton Cemetery, Monday, May 7, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Joe Mollet officiating. Interment will follow at the Patton Cemetery, LaPorte, Indiana.
