Bernice Fowler

Mrs. Bernice J. Fowler, 72 of 3722 W. Joilet Road LaPorte, Indiana died Tuesday December 14, 2004 at her residence. Mrs. Fowler was born December 16, 1931 in Union Twp., LaPorte Co., IN. To Herman and Ida Rosenbaum Bent Who has proceeded. Mrs. Fowler lived all her life in the LaPorte area. On January 27, 1951 in LaPorte, Indiana she was married to Carl E. Fowler, who survives. Mrs. Fowler worked for the LaPorte Community School Corp. as a Secretary for 27 years, she retired in 1994, Mrs. Fowler also worked as a secretary for Door Village School and Kesling Middle School. Mrs. Fowler was a member of the Tracy Immanuel Lutheran Church, she enjoyed gardening, yard work, being outside and enjoyed traveling. Preceded in death are a sister, Henrietta Harness, a sister, Madeline Bent, and a brother, Martin Bent. Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Ester Kluska of LaPorte, IN, and a sister, Mrs. Marie Werner of LaPorte, IN. The Funeral will be on Friday December 17, 2004 at Tracy Immanuel Lutheran Church at 11:00a.m. With Pastor Timothy W.
