Anthony Marcello, 75, of Oak Forest, Illinois, passed away Monday July 18, 2022 at Aperion Care in Demotte, IN.

He was born September 29, 1946 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Frank Marcello and Louise (Lucia) Marcello.

Tony held many passions in his life. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, tinkering with cars and passionately expressing his opinion, particularly at the TV! He especially loved meeting for lunch with his buddies. Tony's true love in life was the joy he experienced spending time with his grandkids.

Tony served as a member of the National Guard.

He is survived by his two daughters, Ashley (AJ) Sajda of La Porte, IN, Nikki Marcello; his wife Leslie Marcello; two sons, Tony and Luke Marcello; brother, Frank (Lisa) Marcello; sister, Judith Marcello; and the love of his life his four grandchildren, Oscar and Max Medina; and Avery and Ander Sajda;

Anthony was preceded in death by his parents.

Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN. The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service at a later date.
