Anna Miziniak

Mrs. Anna Pietruska Miziniak, age 79, of 3425 W. Small Rd., La Porte, Ind., died Thursday, October 6, 2005, at Her Residence in La Porte, Ind. She was born July 19, 1926 in Konradow Poland to the late John Pietruska and the late Pauline Rembiok Pietruska. She has lived in the LaPorte area for 2 years coming from Chicago Heights, IL. Mrs. Miziniak was employed by St. James Hospital for 24 years and retired in 1988. and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, and she Loved Gardening. On April 24, 1953 in Poland she married Mr. Kazimierz Miziniak who survives. Also surviving are Two Daughters, Mrs. Zofia Timm of La Porte, Ind., Mrs. Helena Daniel Neek of Greenlawn, N.Y.; Six grandchildren, Kazimierz Timm, Floyd Timm, Sarah Neek, Jonathan Neek, Michelle Neek, and Joseph Neek. She is preceded in death by her parents; Two Sisters, Emma Obieglo, Jadwiga Pietruska; Two Brothers, Richard Peters and Aloz Pietruska. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, October 9, 2005. A prayer service will be held 7:00 PM Sunday at the Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 1:00 PM Monday, October 10, 2005, Rev. John Strebig officiating.
