Allan Kuzydym

Mr. Allen F. Kuzydym, 54, of 3873 W. Timber Ridge Rd., LaPorte, Indiana died Sunday March 7, 2004 at his residence. Mr. Kuzydym lived in the LaPorte county area since 1971 coming from East Chicago, Indiana. He was born November 30, 1949, in East Chicago, Indiana to Walter and Irene Baut Kuzydym. On October 1, 1983, in South Bend, Indiana, he married Connie Angelos, who survives. Mr. Kuzydym worked at the Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation as an Sr. Accounting Manager for 25 years, and had received a 20th anniversary service award. He was a member of Illinois Mortgage Bakers Association, Society of Mortgage Professionals, Indiana Mortgage Bankers, Indiana Mortgage Brokers, and Illinois Association of Mortgage Brokers. Also surviving are two daughters; Megan and Stephanie Kuzydym of LaPorte, One brother; Richard Nancy Kuzydym of Olathe, Kansas, one sister; Kathleen James of LaPorte Retseck, and aunt, uncle, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded by his parents. Services will be12:00 p.m. Thursday March 11, 2004, at St. Mary?s Catholic Church, Michigan City, Indiana. Friends my call Wednesday March 10, 2004 at the Haverstock Funeral Home from 3-8 p.m. and Thursday 11:30 a.m. until time of service at St. Mary?s Catholic Church. A wake service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Haverstock Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Pine Lake Cemetery, LaPorte, Indiana.
