Alice May Reese August 16, 1917-May 14, 2013 Mrs. Alice May Reese, 95, of New Carlisle, Indiana, died Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Hamilton Communities, Inc. in New Carlisle, IN. She was born August 16, 1917 in Mill Creek, Indiana, the daughter of Russell Wiltfong and Mabel (Wedel) Wiltfong. Alice had worked many years in women's fashion for Levine's. She was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church. Alice led vacation bible schools and was a Sunday School teacher. Alice and her husband were 4-H leaders for Lincoln Twp. She loved sports, playing basketball in high school, and was a Chicago sports fan. Alice loved all pets, especially her black lab "Gypsy". She especially loved her family, they have been so good to her. On February 14, 1936, she married Lewis E. Reese who preceded her in death July 13, 1978. She is survived by her 3 sons - Lewis (Nancy) Reese of Mill Creek, IN, Gregory (Donna) Reese of La Porte, IN, Dennis L. Reese of Glendale, AZ; eight grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. Alice was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four sisters and two brothers. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN A Graveside Service will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery, Friday May 17, 2013 at 2:00 pm with Rev.
