Alice Keehn

Mrs. Alice Erma Keehn, age 84, of Rolling Prairie, Ind., died 4:05 PM Monday, February 11, 2008, at her home in Rolling Prairie, Ind. She was born March 3, 1923 in Union Mills, Ind. to the late Russell Reeves and the late Georgia Bales Reeves. She has lived most of her life in the Rolling Prairie area. Mrs. Keehn was a homemaker and was a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church. She was also a member of East Galena Homemaker's Club, loved gardening, she had flowers everywhere. She loved to watch the birds. Loved and enjoyed her grandchildren. On June 15, 1946 in Union Mills, Ind. she married Edward R. Keehn who preceded in death April 15, 1991. She is survived by her Daughter, Cherie Keehn of Rolling Prairie, Ind.; Four Sons, Ronald Darlene Barnes Keehn of Rolling Prairie, Ind., Gerald Diane Keehn of Rolling Prairie, Ind., Leonard Krystal Keehn of La Porte, Ind., David Angie Keehn of Rolling Prairie, Ind.; Ten grandchildren; Eight great-grandchildren; and One Sister, Nina Sampson of Union Mills, Ind. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Two Sisters and One Brother. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 and 5:00 to 8:00PM Thursday, February 14, 2008 and from 9:00 AM Friday until time of the service. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 10:30 AM Friday, February 15, 2008 , Bro. Ransom Ebersole officiating.
