Adaline Keiser

Mrs. Adaline M. Keiser, 86, of La Porte, Indiana, died Saturday June 13, 2009 at Golden Living Center-Countryside in LaPorte, Indiana. She was born November 28, 1922 in LaPorte, Indiana, the daughter of Charles Rhoda and Lydia Kroening Rhoda. She was a life long resident of La Porte, Indiana. Adaline was a homemaker and had worked for many years at Shaffer's Laundry. She loved spending time with her family. On December 10, 1948, in La Porte, IN., she married Kenneth W. Keiser who preceded in death January 8, 1960. She is survived by her son Kenneth Sue Keiser of Alton, IL; sister Norceda "Pat" Dooley of LaPorte, IN; two granddaughters Kelly Keiser of Chicago, IL, Molly Keiser of Alton, IL; and several nieces and nephews. Adaline was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers and two sisters. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind. where the family will receive friends Wednesday, June 17, 2009 from 9:00 am - 11:00 am. Services will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Wednesday June 17, 2009 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at the Patton Cemetery, LaPorte, Indiana.
