Shelly Probst, age 55, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Friday September 11, 2020 at Porter Memorial Hospital in Valparaiso, IN.

She was born August 31, 1965 in Michigan City, IN, the daughter of Melvin and Carol (Weeden) Miller.

Shelly was married to husband Tommie for 36 years before his death. A lifelong resident of this area, Shelly enjoyed fishing, swimming, and doing puzzles and her dog Lily.

She is survived by her son, Chance Probst of La Porte; 3 daughters, Angel  Probst of La Porte, IN, Alicia Probst of Shellyville, IN, Shyann Probst of La Porte; 2 brothers, David Miller and Rodney Miller, both of La Porte; 2 sisters, Cathy(Dell) Bobi of New Carlisle and Toni Miller of Kentucky.

Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN. Cremation has been selected.
